Railway Air Cooled Hi-Vis Clothing

The specially designed railway jacket allows the wearer to work in London Underground where high and humid temperatures often lead to heat exhaustion and short stay work practices. The Hi-vis air cooled jacket comforms to EN343 Class 3:1 EN471 Class 3. The zip up Jacket with velcro fastening flaps uses two (2) 6volt or 12 Volt turbofans. Control gear and batteries are standard AA or Alkaline AA or Nickel Cadmium or connection via the flying lead to a 12 Volt source.

Motorway Air Cooled Hi-Vis Clothing

The motorway air cooled Hi-vis jacket is mostly used by Motorway Police Officers, ambulance medics, accident recovery personel and others, the air cooled jacket allows the wearer to work in warm to high, humid temperatures under hard working and stressfull conditions which often leads to heat exhaustion and short stay work practices.

Controller and Equipment

Special materials allow collection of moisture and "Dry Feel" materials keep the wearer dry. Power pack is battery 6V or 12v with Long Life re-chargable batteries available or connection via an umbilicle cord to a cigar lighter socket.

Thermoregulatory System

Body Thermo Collector

The evaporative cooling material fabric is layered around a patented liquid filled bladder. This inside vest has no hard tubing, is lightweight and flexible. The bladder is constructed with serpentine channels that surround the upper torso.

Air Cooled Hats

The Air Cooled hat has been designed for riders, firemen, motorcyclists, athletes, cyclists, mountain bikers, ambulance crews and policemen, who require air cooling to the head. The turbo fan draws air through a specially designed material that is dry to the feel but allows moisture, from the forehead, and head to pass through and carried by the air flow to the top of the hat and exited to ambient air.
